Check your internet connection, then pull down on the Feed to refresh. Live sports data can occasionally be delayed by its source.

Please include your iPhone or iPad model, iOS version, Recap version, and a short description of what happened. A screenshot is helpful when the problem is visual. Do not include passwords or other sensitive information.
Quick fixes
A highlight is missing
Highlights appear only when Recap finds a matching video from a trusted channel. Availability can vary by game, region, and YouTube.
Live Activity isn’t showing
Make sure Live Activities are enabled for Recap in iOS Settings and in Recap Settings. Then open a live or upcoming game and follow it on the Lock Screen.
iCloud isn’t syncing
Confirm that you are signed in to iCloud, that iCloud Drive is enabled, and that Recap has iCloud access. Open Recap Settings to check the current sync status and retry.
Scores revealed too soon
Open Recap Settings and review your spoiler preferences. You can hide completed scores and reveal a result only when you’re ready.
YouTube won’t play
Some videos cannot play inside other apps. Use the option to open the exact video in YouTube, and check any regional or account restrictions there.
